Important Notice: These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern the relationship between 75apk ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our") and you ("the User", "Player", "you", "your"). In these Terms, the following definitions apply:

You may not register a 75apk account on behalf of another person. Account ownership is non-transferable. Playing on behalf of another person, allowing another person to operate your account, or receiving funds from a third party through your account is strictly prohibited.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username, password, and any two-factor authentication credentials. You must not share your login details with any third party. You agree to notify 75apk immediately if you suspect any unauthorised access to your account.

An account is considered inactive if no login activity has been recorded for a continuous period of twelve (12) months. 75apk reserves the right to apply an inactivity fee to dormant accounts in accordance with any separately published fee schedule, and to close accounts that remain inactive beyond a reasonable period following notice to the registered contact details.
All 75apk accounts are denominated in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). Transactions processed in other currencies may be converted at a prevailing rate determined by 75apk's payment processors. Currency conversion fees, if any, are disclosed at the point of transaction.
75apk currently accepts deposits and processes withdrawals through the following channels: JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank, Raast, 1LINK, and USDT. The availability of specific payment methods may vary and is subject to change without prior notice.
Deposits are credited to your 75apk wallet subject to successful confirmation from the relevant payment provider. 75apk is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment processors, network outages, or Pakistani banking system restrictions. You may not deposit funds from a payment method that does not belong to you.
Withdrawal requests are subject to the following conditions:

You confirm that funds deposited into your 75apk account are derived from lawful sources and are entirely owned by you. 75apk cooperates with relevant authorities in connection with any investigation into suspected money laundering or financial crime and may freeze or close accounts pending such investigations.
All bonuses and promotional offers made available by 75apk are subject to specific terms and conditions published alongside each offer. In the event of any conflict between offer-specific terms and these general Terms, the offer-specific terms shall prevail to the extent of the inconsistency.
Unless otherwise stated in the specific offer terms, bonuses are subject to a wagering requirement that must be completed before bonus-derived winnings can be withdrawn. Wagering requirements are calculated as a multiplier of the bonus amount received. Not all games contribute equally to wagering completion — contribution rates per game type are published in the Bonus Terms section of the Platform.
75apk reserves the right to void bonuses and any associated winnings, and to close the relevant account, where it determines at its sole discretion that a User has engaged in bonus abuse. Bonus abuse includes but is not limited to: claiming multiple bonuses through separate accounts, systematically hedging bonus bets across markets, exploiting promotional offers in a manner inconsistent with good faith gameplay, or any other conduct designed to extract value from bonuses without genuine play intent.
Bonuses that are not claimed or activated within the stated validity period will expire automatically. Expired bonuses cannot be reinstated. Uncompleted wagering requirements on a bonus that reaches its expiry date will result in forfeiture of the bonus and any associated winnings.
Note for Pakistani Players: All bonus amounts are credited in PKR. Wagering requirement calculations are based on the PKR value of the bonus at the time of credit. No currency conversion applies to bonus funds held in your 75apk PKR wallet.

In the event of a technical error, system fault, or software malfunction that affects a game or betting outcome, 75apk reserves the right to void the affected round or transaction and restore any affected balances to their pre-error state. No compensation will be paid for outcomes arising from demonstrable technical errors.
75apk is not liable for losses incurred due to interrupted internet connections, network timeouts, or device failures on the User's side. If a live game session is disconnected mid-round, the Platform will attempt to reconnect and resolve the round based on its recorded state at the point of disconnection.

Nothing in these Terms grants you any right, title, or interest in such intellectual property. You may not reproduce, copy, distribute, modify, or commercially exploit any 75apk content without prior written authorisation.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law:

By registering an account, you consent to the collection, use, and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy. 75apk reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered users via the email address or mobile number associated with their account, or through a prominent notice on the Platform, no less than seven (7) days before the changes take effect. Your continued use of 75apk following the effective date of any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the amended Terms, you must close your account and cease using the Platform.
75apk may suspend or permanently close any user account, with or without prior notice, where it has reasonable grounds to believe that the user has breached these Terms, engaged in fraudulent or unlawful activity, or where required by applicable law or regulatory obligation. In cases of fraudulent conduct, 75apk may withhold the balance pending investigation.
You may close your 75apk account at any time by contacting customer support and completing any outstanding identity verification requirements. Upon verified account closure, any legitimate real-money balance will be returned to your nominated payment method, subject to applicable processing times and KYC compliance.
Upon account closure, any unused bonus balance and associated pending wagering requirements are forfeited. Clauses relating to limitation of liability, intellectual property, and governing law survive termination of these Terms.
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable international gaming standards and the laws of the jurisdiction in which 75apk is licensed to operate. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms that cannot be resolved through 75apk's internal dispute resolution process shall be referred to binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of a mutually agreed arbitral institution.
